The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in crafting seamless, user-friendly experiences for veterinary professionals and pet owners. Whether it’s enhancing clinic workflows or optimising the pet owner experience, your designs will help create more efficient, stress-free care journeys.

You'll work with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure our solutions are user-centred, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research and discovery—translating insights into engaging designs.
• Design and prototype using Figma, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive interfaces.
• Use data-driven decision-making to refine and optimise user experiences.
• Present design concepts and advocate for user-first thinking across the business.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proven experience designing B2B and/or B2C platforms, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or tech.
• Strong command of Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools.
• Passion for user research and creating frictionless workflows.
• A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• A track record of translating insights into measurable product improvements.
