Location:

Offsite. The 5 first working days must be onsite and every quarter the client might request an onsite presence up to 6 working days .

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Level 3 – Expert: either a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 4 years attested by a diploma and relevant professional experience of at least 9 years gained after the award of the diploma OR a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma and relevant professional experience of at least 10 years gained after the award of the diploma ;
  • More than 6 years of experience in Software Development ;
  • More than 5 years of experience in Back-End Development with .NET and C#, 2 of which with micro-services. ;
  • More than 2 years of experience in Front-End Development, including Javascript , HTML and CSS ;
  • More than 1 year of experience in working in an international/multi-cultural environment ;
  • Good knowledge of .Net 8.0+ (C#) (C#) ;
  • Good knowledge of Javascript , CSS, and HTML ;
  • Good knowledge of OOP paradigms and SOLID principles ;
  • Good knowledge of application development methodologies (Agile development, SCRUM) ;
  • Fluent in unit and integration back end testing frameworks ( Moq , FluentAssertions , Xunit / NUnit , etc.) ;
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server), ability to optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries ;
  • Good knowledge in asynchronous programming and messaging patterns ( ActiveMq , RabbitMq , Apache Kafka, ServiceBus , CQRS, etc.) ;
  • Good knowledge of the design and development of scalable back-end components (REST APIs, integrations, micro-services) ;
  • Working knowledge of English B2 or higher .

Desirable:

  • More than 2 years of experience with asynchronous programming and messaging patterns ( Activemq , RabbitMq , ServiceBus , CQRS, etc.) ;
  • More than 2 years of experience with Docker (Kubernetes or Swarm) ;
  • Good knowledge of Git including branching strategies ;
  • Good knowledge of the micro-services design patterns ;
  • Good Knowledge of Distributed caching (Redis ) ;
  • Good knowledge of Azure Devops (Pipelines, Artifacts, TestPlans ) ;
  • Good knowledge of Typescript, NPM and Javascript unit testing frameworks.

Duties/role:

  • Writing and supporting backend code in .NET using common libraries ( Newtonsoft.Json , OpenTracing / OpenTelemetry , Swagger/ OpenAPI , Bogus, AutoBogus , Moq ).
  • Participating in the .NET implementation of a micro-services solution, writing backend code in a reliable, fast, scalable, and secure way, satisfying requirements and service level agreements.
  • Writing and supporting services that read/transform/write data from multiple sources to multiple destinations (APIs, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Redis, ActiveMq , Graph databases, csv files).
  • Reviewing and approving Pull Requests created by teammates.
  • Implementing validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests.
  • Creating and managing build and release pipelines and TestPlans in Azure DevOps.
  • Creating and managing Kubernetes helm charts for all supported applications and services.
  • Writing and supporting complex SQL Server Stored Procedures.
  • Creating Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch queries.
  • Writing OAUTH mechanisms (ADFS knowledge is a plus).
  • Working comfortably within a team, following SCRUM methodology procedures and disciplines, and estimating the work to be done upon request.
  • Writing technical documentation.
  • Accounting for secure coding practices, as well as logging and auditing features.
  • Communicating in a clean, concise way, not only to peers but also to upper layers when needed.
