Site Reliability Engineer

Our client is looking for an Site Reliability Engineer. This is a perm with a flexible work model. Our client is a leading international Tech firm based in the heart of Dublin City Centre. They operate a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and support development Azure software solutions.
• Azure development through Testing, Staging & Production.
• Help to build / maintain system alerts for production software.
• Coding infrastructure automation - CI/CD.
• Work with dev teams to improve services through rigorous testing and releases
• Help to continually improve the processes and technology used in the organization.

Education & experience:

• A Degree in IT or related discipline
• Someone with 5 years knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS
• 3+ years working knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker or Containers etc

The most suitable SRE for this role would be someone with hands-on experience:

• Creating Kubernetes clusters (not just managing them)
• Greenfield Azure/cloud infrastructure building experience

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 3rd level Degree qualification
