About the Role:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our cybersecurity team in Qatar. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing security incidents, and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity operations team.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate security measures.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Respond to security incidents and manage risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance threat detection.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in cloud security, DLP, and incident response.
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Experience in GCC is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
