Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Success Coach located in Chennai at NxtWave. The Success Coach will be responsible for communication with students, providing customer service, conducting student counseling, career counseling, and facilitating education programs.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Experience in education-related roles
• Empathy and understanding towards learners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of tech industry and trends is a plus
