Job Title: Head of Engineering

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 D.O.E (With yearly bonuses)

We are partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company seeking a Head of Engineering to lead their development team. Focused on innovation and quality, they deliver high-impact digital solutions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Define and implement the company’s technical strategy, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Drive innovation and best practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals.
• Oversee the design and development of high-performance web and software systems.
• Maintain and improve development processes, ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions.
• Manage technical risks and ensure system security and reliability.

• SQL Server, Entity Framework
• JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular
• MS Azure
• CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development practices
