Senior Business Analyst

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the insurance or financial services industry with a strong focus on Data related projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional business analysis efforts on major projects, including the development of a centralised data platform and a digital reporting dashboard
• Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams, from operational staff to C-suite executives
• Proven experience in Agile methodology and all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, go-live, and post go-live support
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by leading workshops and liaising with stakeholders from various divisions and business units
• Experience in developing strategic reporting frameworks and dashboards, as well as rolling out centralized data platforms and digital reporting dashboards
• Ability to manage and deliver complex projects, including data ingestion from multiple systems and automating incident generation and reporting
• Extensive experience in the insurance or financial services industry
