🔍 We're hiring: Generative AI Solutions Engineer

📍 Location: Charleroi, Belgium

⏱️ Full-time – 5 days/week

🚀 The Opportunity

A leading player in the energy distribution sector is building a Centre of Excellence for Generative AI. To support this initiative, we’re looking for a skilled Generative AI Solutions Engineer to drive pilots, POCs, and full-scale projects.

🧩 Your Role

• Design and build RAG-based chatbots using structured and unstructured data
• Develop intelligent agents interacting with APIs and databases
• Set up and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and CI/CD workflows
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models on Azure
• Contribute to the broader AI strategy and governance

🧠 Tech Stack & Must-Haves

• Azure (AI Services, Copilot Studio, Synapse, Fabric, etc.)
• Python (LangChain, PySpark)
• Databases: Postgres, CosmosDB, SQL
• Familiarity with LLMs, training & fine-tuning processes
• Monitoring, performance, and cost optimization experience
• French (C2) & English (B1) proficiency
