My Client Overview:

My client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with fluent French language skills to lead a critical Greenfield project involving the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 (Finance) modules, specifically Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a large-scale transformation within the finance sector.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will manage and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 for financial operations, ensuring the project meets the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ERP systems (preferably Oracle), with at least 10 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of handling Greenfield projects in a financial ERP environment. Experience with other ERP systems like SAP or PeopleSoft is also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (AP, AR) for the client’s finance operations.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiating design, planning, resource allocation, to execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Work closely with the Functional Lead to define business processes and system requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Map and document current and future business processes to ensure smooth integration of Oracle EBS R12.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders and senior leadership, providing updates on project progress and potential issues.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and issue logs.
• Foster a proactive and enthusiastic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with extensive experience in financial ERP systems.
• Strong background in implementing Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (AP, AR). Alternatively, experience with SAP or PeopleSoft implementations will be considered.
• Solid understanding of business process mapping and working closely with Functional Leads to ensure accurate system designs.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to travel to Paris as required.

Location & Working Environment:

• Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days on-site per week if the candidate is not based in Paris. During the first 3 months, more frequent travel may be required. After that, travel will be reduced to one week per month on-site for the remainder of the contract.
