About The Role

We are looking for our future colleague to join us within Advisory & CRM department at SEB Global Services in Vilnius. While keeping high quality for existing solutions, you will be a part of the new ones, contributing towards continuous improvements and continuous delivery process, learning, and growing together, working closely with the business, architects and other IT teams following Agile practices (Scrum).

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Experience with C# and .NET Core or .NET Framework
• Familiarity with tools and technologies like Kafka, MS SQL, GIT, Docker, etc.
• Background in working with microservices architecture, automation, and CI/CD processes for deploying applications on both our private cloud and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Development experience with Angular (or a similar front-end framework) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovation
• Interest in designing, developing, and maintaining our Customer Experience Platform, with a willingness to understand our processes and leverage data to enhance customer experiences
• Proactive and positive team player who enjoys collaborating within a delivery team and with cross-functional teams across the organization
