Responsibilities :

• Ticket Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues by managing support tickets efficiently.
• ServiceNow Development: Create, customize, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Testing & Change Management: Conduct rigorous testing and oversee change management to ensure optimal system performance.
• ITSM Deployment: Implement and optimize ITSM processes within the ServiceNow environment.
• Change & Problem Management: Handle change requests and service catalog items, and resolve issues to reduce business disruptions.
• Portfolio & Project Management: Manage project portfolios on the ServiceNow platform using Agile methodologies.
• Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Profile :

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript and other development tools.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile project management principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong team collaboration skills.
• Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with other IT management tools and frameworks.
