As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success, managing work packages effectively, and delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs.

More specifically, your main missions will be to:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage work packages, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Aid in defining the product vision and roadmap, communicating the long-term vision and goals for the product to foster strategic alignment.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the most valuable features.
• Foster Stakeholder Engagement to gather requirements on the product.
• Contribute to market analysis and business development, and participate in the definition of product strategy and business objectives.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

Graduate of an Engineering/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in project management and product ownership within the software industry ?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of agile and hybrid methodologies as well as work package management.
• Proven experience managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in a complex technical and multinational environment.
• Technical background in, and a strong understanding of modern and cloud based software products, and/or space technologies; therefore, you can interface productively with engineering and delivery teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, organising work (Jira) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting agreements, drafting contracts and managing partners and subcontractors.
• As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and you are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Delivery and results-oriented, you can work with limited supervision and commit to deadlines.
• Ability to navigate under ambiguity and are able to remain composed under business pressure
