Position Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer at Broadridge, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications for Broadridge’s innovative platform. You will utilize modern technologies like Java 21+, React 18, and AWS to contribute to the Broadridge Operating System. This includes building new applications and enhancing existing ones. Join our team focused on platform development, delivering transformative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in integrating ontologies with large-scale databases and data processing systems.
• Assist in evaluating tools and technologies for ontology management and follow best practices in semantic data modeling.
• Develop applications for automating model generation, validation, and test data creation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate and improve existing applications.
• Assist product managers and stakeholders in refining and gathering requirements.
• Work with the DevOps team to integrate applications into production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Explore and recommend new technologies and best practices to continuously improve applications.
  
  

Your Profile:

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer with a good record of developing and maintaining complex systems.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with frontend technologies like React or Angular.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with building, testing, and deploying applications using automation tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and commitment to code quality and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment using Agile methodologies.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Skills in additional programming languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON schema, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to RDF OWL, Collibra, ERWin, Protégé, Semaphore, SPARQL.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.
  
  

Working hours:

Standard working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional adjustments up to 7 PM schedule to facilitate collaboration with our US team.
