Human Resources Specialist

We’d love it if you had:

· Bachelor's degree HR or a related field.

· Certificate of Human Resources Inspector.

· Knowledge of labor legislation.

· Advanced PC operating skills (Excel, Word).

· Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude and a people-oriented approach.

You need to successfully:

· Managing the necessary documentation for hiring, modifying, and terminating employment contracts, including employee signatures.

· Overseeing and verifying employee database and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats.

· Issuing certificates as requested by employees, such as those related to banking, general matters, medical documentation, and seniority.

· Collaborating with department managers in the development and revision of job descriptions.

· Compiling the required documentation for disciplinary actions.

· Providing information and guidance to company employees on labor legislation and salary calculations.

· Coordinating with medical service providers for employee medical examinations.

· Assisting employees in utilizing the internal application for proper attendance recording, including vacation requests and unpaid leaves.

· Providing support to colleagues within the HR division.

· Generating diverse reports for the HR department.

· Active involvement in various creating, reviewing and implementing the HR internal policies and procedures

· Active involvement in projects carried out within the team, as well as in the optimization of departmental processes and workflows.
