Python AI/ML Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for document, ID, and passport validation.
• Build and fine-tune OCR models for complex text extraction tasks.
• Create AI-driven segmentation, fraud detection, and cross-sales models for our mobile and web FinTech platforms.
• Research and apply reinforcement learning techniques to enhance decision-making systems.
• Optimize deep learning models for performance and accuracy using advanced fine-tuning techniques.
• Leverage CUDA (preferred) for model acceleration and high-performance computing.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into our digital products.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong experience with computer vision tools such as OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, or OCR libraries (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR).
• Expertise in machine learning for financial services or fraud detection.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and model fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets in production environments.
• Familiarity with NLP and image processing techniques.
• Bonus: Knowledge of CUDA for GPU acceleration.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the FinTech industry (e.g., international money transfers or financial fraud detection).
• Experience deploying AI models.
