Responsibilities:

• independent management of recruitment projects for production and specialist positions in Poland (Warsaw and Poznan)
• active acquisition of candidates using various recruitment techniques and tools
• editing and publishing job advertisements
• ongoing administration and documentation of the recruitment process
• cooperation with recruitment service providers and job portals
• ongoing cooperation with a temporary employment agency in the scope of acquiring and employing production workers
• cooperation with managers in the scope of planned personnel needs
• support for candidates at all stages of recruitment, up to employment
• creation of reports and reporting of current activities
• ongoing administrative support of the HR and Payroll Department
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• higher education
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international manufacturing company
• practical ability to use English (spoken and written) - to a degree that allows for free communication - a necessary condition
• MS Office suite
• excellent communication and organizational skills
