Employment Type: B2B Contract / Mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) ending in 09.2026

Salary: up to 45zł/hour (depending on experience, 8 hours/day)

What You’ll Do:

• Update and maintain help content to assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
• Execute HR processes, including annual review certifications and change requests.
• Serve as a point of contact for business teams, helping to resolve operational inquiries.
• Research and address policy gaps, process changes, and compliance issues.
• Monitor and track work progress, ensuring completion within deadlines.
• Ensure consistent application of HR process controls and compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional service to employees while adhering to quality and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Up to 2 years of experience in an HR operations, administration, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
