Project Management Specialist

KWS Türk is in search of a "Project Management Specialist" for their sugar beet processing plant based in Eskişehir. This position is full time and unlimited.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling all process steps, researches, documentation and reporting for project-based procurement activities.
  • Executing facilities infrastructure renovation, maintenance and repair project steps.
  • Researching and reporting on the options for energy supplies and alternative energy sources.
  • Executing infrastructure and security systems control projects based on the input received from external maintenance consultants.
  • Managing the subcontractor communications and information exchange.
  • Tracking the projects according to plannings and reporting to the project manager.
  • Collecting, storing and online archiving of all project documents.
  • Designing the new projects according to stratejic development plan of KWS and Global KWS perspective.

Experience, education and skills required:

  • Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate
  • Minimum Bsc from Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments of universities.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working in global companies would be an advantage.
  • Driving license (B) and ability to drive actively.
  • Good level of foreign language (English) verbal and written.
  • Advanced user of MS Office programs.
  • Project Management certificate will be an advantage.
  • No restrictions to travel in Türkiye and/or abroad as and when required.
  • Military service must have been completed for male applicants.
