Wireless Network Engineer

We're looking for a talented Wireless Network Engineer to join our client on a 12-month extendable contract in Istanbul. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals to take their careers to the next level while supporting cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing design and operational support for the Wireless Controller.
• Offer design and upgrade/change support for DNA Center.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
• Perform scheduled upgrades for DNAC.
• Maintain positive customer sentiment by supporting business creation.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Consulting Engineer, specializing in WLAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in networking protocols, Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and RF essentials.
• Practical experience with Wireless LAN Controllers (Cisco, etc.), enterprise Access Points, and RF site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet).
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS) and familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center Wireless Assurance for optimization.
• Deep experience in installation, configuration, testing, and upgrades of Cisco wireless solutions in major service provider or enterprise settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise) are highly recommended.
