At NAVO, we’re building something bold — the UAE’s best online destination for Ergonomic office furniture. To support our mission, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Web Developer to join our team and help bring our vision to life through a powerful, high-converting e-commerce platform. This is an on-site role in our Dubai office, where you’ll work closely with our team to build, optimize, and elevate our online experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be involved in the full spectrum of web development — from user experience and backend performance to growth strategy and traffic generation.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Develop & maintain our e-commerce platform using modern technologies (Next.js, WordPress, Shopify integrations, etc.).
• Ensure a fast, responsive, and user-centric experience across all devices.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement impactful campaigns and new features.
• Work on SEO optimization, site speed, and technical improvements to drive traffic and improve ranking.
• Build scalable systems and ensure our website can handle growing product ranges and customer traffic.
• Track site performance using analytics tools and proactively suggest improvements for conversion optimization.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends in tech, design, and e-commerce.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Solid knowledge of Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (including custom themes or integrations).
• Familiarity with WordPress
• A good eye for design and understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with on-page SEO, schema, analytics tools, and web vitals.
• Strong understanding of how to generate traffic and scale an online business.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a desire to take ownership of the platform’s success.

💡 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus!):

• Knowledge of API integrations, or third-party tools (CRMs, shipping APIs, payment gateways).
• Experience with performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, CDN use, etc.).
• Experience in A/B testing, CRO, or digital growth strategies.
