Are you a Java expert with a passion for high-performance, low-latency systems? We're working with a leading financial services firm in Abu Dhabi that is scaling its technology team and looking for a talented Java Developer to join their world-class engineering division.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi (relocation support available)

💼 Industry: Financial Services

🛠 Tech Stack: Core Java, Multithreading, Low Latency Systems, Concurrency, Messaging (e.g. Kafka), FIX Protocol (a plus)

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop ultra-low latency trading and market data systems
• Optimise and fine-tune performance of existing Java applications
• Work closely with traders and quants to deliver real-time solutions
• Collaborate with a global team of high-calibre technologists

What We're Looking For:

• Strong core Java development experience (10/10 level)
• Proven background building or maintaining low latency systems
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Financial services experience (trading systems, market data, exchanges, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code
