Senior Backend Developer

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking experienced developers who stay up to date with the latest trends in backend development and are eager to grow, learn, and share their expertise.

You should have strong experience in .NET and C# (or equivalent) and be capable of mentoring other developers. You should also have an interest in architecture, design patterns, and application security, as well as hands-on experience in these areas.

We value curiosity and the drive to explore new technologies, helping to shape the future direction of our client’s company. Fluency in Norwegian or English is required. A higher education degree in IT is an advantage but not essential if you have significant relevant experience.

Required skills and experience in several of the following areas:

• Object-oriented programming in C# or Java
• .NET, Spring Boot
• CI/CD, DevOps, or DevSecOps
• Microsoft Azure (or alternatively Google Cloud or AWS)
• Application architecture for scalable and maintainable solutions
• Security and authentication

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of database management, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework or Hibernate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Good communication and teamwork skills
