Job Summary:

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our client's AI and Data Team. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure to support AI and data operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud/on-premise infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Automate deployment and monitoring processes using tools like Terraform and Ansible

Ensure high system uptime and performance through monitoring and alerting

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and data applications

Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers for infrastructure support

Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement recovery procedures

Maintain infrastructure security and compliance through audits and assessments

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles

Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and Docker

Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash)

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data tools (Apache Spark)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)

Nice to Have:

Experience with data engineering and MLOps

Knowledge of security best practices in AI environments
