Senior Program Manager

Our client is a leading Exhibition organiser currently expanding their head count and are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their team.

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and timelines.
• Ensure effective communication, risk management, and compliance.
• Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in Registration and Application systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Salary is up to 28K AED.
