Pay: $35-45/hr T4
Must haves:
- 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer on cross-functional teams, developing consumer-facing or enterprise products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate design process and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working on mobile application projects
- Experience with interaction design, usability testing, and digital user interfaces.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and engineers.
- A data-informed approach to design, leveraging research, business intelligence, and customer insights to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently as the sole Product Designer in a team working with teams of developers and other technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
• Experience working in eCommerce or retail digital experiences.
• Familiarity with design systems and multi-tenant platforms.
• Background in measuring post-launch design performance and optimizing based on analytics.

As a Product Designer – eCommerce, you will be responsible for designing engaging, accessible, and scalable digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. You will work closely with product teams, engineers, and researchers to develop and refine customer journeys, ensuring that online shopping experiences are intuitive, seamless, and effective.
Responsibilities:
• Frame problems and opportunities by analyzing existing research and identifying when primary research is needed.
• Design and test user interactions, ensuring a cohesive experience across multiple digital platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align teams on user needs and design strategies.
• Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on findings.
• Handoff designs to developers, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Measure design success post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
