Senior Systems Analyst (PHP, React, CI/CD)

The Senior System Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications and software systems. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and user

experience. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and provide technical guidance for web development projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Software Development & System Enhancement

• Design, develop, and implement new web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Enhance and optimize existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Conduct requirement gathering, system analysis, and detailed design documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices for web development.
  
  

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Plan and execute software deployment, version upgrades, and security patching.
• Ensure applications are well-documented and adhere to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  
  

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced development and testing.
• Ensure software development adheres to security and compliance standards.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  
  

Project & Innovation Management

Lead The Technical Aspects Of Projects, Including

• System Architecture & Design
• Coding Standards & Best Practices
• CI/CD Pipeline & DevOps Integration
• Code Review & Quality Assurance
• Training & Knowledge Sharing
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Make data-driven technical decisions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Other Responsibilities

• Provide user training and support to ensure effective system usage.
• Participate in IT strategic initiatives and contribute to corporate technology success.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
  
  

Key Requirements

Education Background : Degree in Computer Studies, information Technology or its equivalent.

Experience : 5 or more years of relevant experience Core Competency : Software Development and Programming

Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.

Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

Skills & Knowledge : Backend Development: PHP (Laravel), Node.js and

Python

Frontend Development: React, Next.js

Database Management: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL

Web Services: RESTful APIs

DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, GitLab CI/CD

Infrastructure & Deployment: Kubernetes

Security & Compliance: Web security best practices,

OWASP Top 10 awareness, IAM knowledge
