Job Scope

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to IT devices.
  • Provide technical support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported hardware and software.
  • Monitor, evaluating and establishing system performance specifications.
  • Install and configure personal computers, laptops, servers, and other IT hardware.
  • Provide training to colleague and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
  • Perform regular system checks and maintenance to prevent hardware failures.

Job Requirements

  • Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
  • Entry level is welcomed
