Your role at Hostinger

You’ll work collaboratively with product designers, product managers, and developers to contribute to the success of every product at Hostinger, from hosting to emails.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Being the champion of our user needs in every screen, flow, and meeting
• That said, considering not just the user needs, but also product goals in all of your writing
• Knowing our user flows – inside and out. Discover UX that could be improved and give suggestions as to how it could be done.
• The writing. Developing and iterating on existing product content, both in the user interface and transactional emails.
• Conducting user research, including but not limited to usability testing, to identify areas for UX improvements.
• Educating your stakeholders about the importance of simple and clear UI content; find ways to help them self-serve content when appropriate
• Ensuring that product content is consistent, and follows the brand and style guidelines. Maintaining said guidelines and evangelizing them.
• Working with the localization and customer success teams to make sure our user experience is great – globally
  
  
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience writing product content, ideally in a tech environment.
• Native level English
• A portfolio of recent work, demonstrating your knowledge of user-centered design principles and data-informed decision making
• A solid understanding of how to use Figma, or the willingness to learn it
• The knack for translating complex subject matter into human
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with direction and focus in cross-functional teams
• Pride in calling themselves a true UX professional and a word nerd
