We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join Project Management Unit which mainly focuses on Enterprise systems implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong will to learn business processes alongside business‘s most used Enterprise systems and will have ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS:

• Working closely with various Business Units, understanding their processes and procedures;
• Identifying gaps and areas for Enterprise systems improvements;
• Gathering and documenting business requirements;
• Making sure that there is consensus among key stakeholders and Business Units;
• Collaborating with IT and third party vendors to ensure successful implementation and upgrades of Enterprise systems;
• Assisting Employees and colleagues with Enterprise system functionality related questions, providing end-user training;
• Processing and organizing data.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Strong ownership;
• Ability to solve complex tasks quickly and independently;
• Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills who can easily interact with all levels of Employees;
• Good English knowledge, both speaking and writing;
• IT and/or aviation background would be an advantage;
• ERP, Finance systems experience would be an advantage.
