Human Resource Executive, HR Service

What The Role Is

As a Human Resource (HR) Executive, HR Service in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will assist in the administration and management of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Education Officers (EOs).

What You Will Be Working On

• Provide good administrative and operation support in HR operations and ensure good standards of delivery of HR service
• Handle HR queries and requests in a responsive and timely manner, including drafting of correspondences
• Assist in case management, including fact-finding, evaluation and providing recommendations
• Assist and work with external organisations in the HR administration of seconded employees
• Maintain and update HR data records and analyse data for reporting
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or general administration
• A team player who is resourceful and meticulous with good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
