Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Applications Developer to join our ICT Business Solutions team in Qatar. This role demands a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging environment. The selected candidate will be instrumental in developing and supporting critical line-of-business applications using modern technologies and secure development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Independently design, code, test, and deploy application modules.
- Define and enforce secure coding standards and development best practices.
- Participate in agile sprints and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and test cases.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot day-to-day production issues.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and continuously improve development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a reputed institution.
- 10–12 years of experience in developing IT business solutions.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the .NET platform.
- At least 8 years of experience working with SQL Server, including complex query development.
- 5+ years of experience in developing APIs and working with Web Services.
- Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS / Angular 8+
- Business Logic Layer: .NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, C#, Python
- API Development: WebAPI, RESTful Services
- Database: Advanced SQL Server skills (complex query writing and optimization)
- Tools & Practices: Agile methodologies, secure coding practices, SLAs
- Documentation: Proficient in writing BRDs, test cases, and technical diagrams
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / other relevant Cloud certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Work on mission-critical business applications that make a real impact
