What you will do:

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.

• Dive into research—study competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends—to find the best solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs to bring ideas to life.

• Test your designs with real users, gather feedback, and improve based on what you learn.

• Ensure your designs follow Snoonu’s design standards and brand guidelines.

• Partner closely with developers to make sure designs are implemented smoothly and look amazing in the app.

• Review how features perform after launch and keep improving them overtime.

• Help shape the future of our services by bringing in fresh ideas and innovations.

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in e-commerce or apps with multiple services.

• You’ve worked on mobile app designs and know your way around iOS and Android design guidelines.

• You’re a pro in Figma—comfortable with prototypes, components, and all the latest tools.

• You enjoy solving problems with research, usability testing, and feedback.

• You’re great at explaining your design decisions and collaborating with others.

• You’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• You speak English fluently (B2 or higher). Bonus points if you also speak Russian.
