User Interface Designer

Are you a highly skilled and experienced User Interface Designer? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of our loyal & dynamic team. In this position, you will be able to apply your skills and knowledge in the international environment, cooperate with Nestlé colleagues across the globe and grow your career within the biggest company in the FMCG industry.

You are:

A professional with at least 5 years experience in UI/UX Design for web-based applications or software products
Experienced in development of user-centric designs and prototypes and conduction of user research
Familiar with marketing operations and its collaboration
Proficient in using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)  
Strong in problem-solving and communication
Creative/Media/Advertising agency experience would be a plus

With you we will: 

Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of users
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design to continuously improve the user experience
Сonduct usability testing of our new collaboration tools/interfaces to gather feedback on the user interface design
Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the structure and layout of collaboration and workflow tools / user interfaces
Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for departments collaboration and briefing tools
Ensure consistency and responsiveness in design elements to create a cohesive user experience
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all user interfaces
Provide support for user interface-related queries and issues to any group of stakeholders
