Senior Total Rewards Specialist

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening temporary position (mission 6-9 months) for the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support flawless Execution of Annual Compensation and Benefits Processes in alignment with all partners of the process
• Contribute to external Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures
• Job matching and data preparation for external survey providers
• Support effective tracking of costs of Total Rewards per employee
• Maintain accurate compensation data in our system (SAP SuccessFactors) in collaboration with HR Services
• Prepare Rewards Communication materials and tools for employees, provide trainings to increase understanding of current C&B processes (with the support of HRBPs)
• Participate in various interesting projects in Rewards to implement new tools/initiatives/programs
• Take part in Compensation activities extended to 11 countries in scope
  
  

Main Requirements:

• University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• 2-3+ years of experience in HR (compensation, benefits, total rewards communication, executive compensation)
• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
• Observance of confidentiality
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of English language (intermediate level)
• Knowledge of the SAP program
• Experience with budgeting, payroll will be an advantage
