Workflow & Knowledge Business Analyst

Are you passionate about optimizing workflows and driving knowledge management within a business setting? We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Workflow & Knowledge Business Analysts. As a Workflow & Knowledge Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in an international environment.

You are:   

• A professional with at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional, multi-national marketing operations projects with a focus on collaboration and workflows;
• Experienced in managing and leading the project launch;
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workfront or Sitecore;
• Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal)  
• Creative/Media/Advertising agency experience would be a plus
  
  

With you we will:

• Coordinate and align with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure effective change management.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical tasks, addressing expectations and resolving conflicting priorities
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, requirements, process documentation
• Ensure IT teams understand the functional requirements
• Conceptualize, design and continuously optimize ticketing structure for departments tasks and service requests
• Support technical implementation of ticketing structure in workflow tool
• Work closely with QA team to ensure that test cases are aligned with requirements.
• Translate technical concepts into non-technical language for easy understanding by stakeholders
• Source, prepare and run stakeholder training sessions
