Senior Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in software development / game development.
• Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum & ScrumBan frameworks. 
• Strong knowledge of Project Lifecycle (PLC) – from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
• Experience in managing a group of small projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and reporting skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack for project management: be disciplined and professional.
• Experience working in a matrix-based organisational structure: understanding how to negotiate any conflicts or mismatches.
• Pro-activity, enthusiasm & desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the simultaneous management of multiple project teams, guaranteeing the timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to the defined scope.
• Offer strategic guidance and direction throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.
• Leverage the ScrumBan framework and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Execute meticulous and comprehensive planning of the project’s scope, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly considered and accounted for.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, devising and implementing robust mitigation strategies as required.
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring seamless execution of project adaptations and maintaining project integrity.
• Foster strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparent communication and aligning project objectives.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for streamlined project tracking, management, and documentation.
• Uphold exceptional standards of project documentation and reporting, catering to both external stakeholders and the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand the project’s scope and cultivate extended collaboration with stakeholders.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with different game development projects.
• Knowledge of game development processes, services and technologies.
• Any previous experience in the game dev industry.
• Knowledge or experience in Critical Chain Project Management is a big plus.
