Nestlé Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Project Coordination Manager (Food) position in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Single Point of Contact for the implementation of Idea to Launch projects (Innovation, Renovation, multimarket projects, format changes, packaging claims) in our Food Factories:
• Coordinate project implementation in the producing factory;
• Conduct status updates and track tasks completion;
• Create detailed timing for activities from the producing factory;
• Create and extend master data in SAP system;
• Coordinate operations teams to provide samples & transfer prices;
• Share input in post-project review and complete improvement actions.
• Act as End to End Project Manager for Operational projects:
• Lead the Project end-to-end, including management of local operational teams;
• Facilitate internal communication with local stakeholders and deciders;
• Create the high-level and detailed project schedule;
• Ensure project Key Success Criteria are met;
• Perform the project execution evaluation at the end / Capture and share lessons learned;
• Identify & implement opportunities for improvement in the processes.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• University degree;
• Operational experience in any part of the End-to-End Value chain;
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in project management acquired by leading projects or participating in them;
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team;
• Comfortable in navigating a matrix-like structure;
• Ability to organize and influence key stakeholders;
• Excellent communicator, with fluency in English. Any additional languages will be a plus;
• Ability and willingness to standardize ways of working to increase performance;
• Ability to effectively self-manage by following defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, and proactively tracking progress towards them;
• Knowledge of SAP system and Microsoft tools (TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) – Microsoft Project will be a plus;
• Any external qualification will be a plus (eg. Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional: PMI-PMP);
• Have a problem-solving and can-do attitude.
