About The Team

You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho working on enabling Meesho deliver a world-class experience to their customers. As one of the prime movers in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem, the F&E team are solving industry-defining problems at scale that few startups can offer globally.

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creating compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop

innovative solutions to effectively communicate and engage our audience.

What You Will Do

  • Will assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials and will take on the full responsibility of training material &updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organization strategy and objectives.
  • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in the production of video content and animations as needed.
  • Develop training program based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience


What You Will Need

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, VYOND, Canva, Articulate storyline 360)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile.
  • Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
  • Proficiencies in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
