We’re looking for a Product Designer to join this fast-growing, Construction Tech business. This role is perfect for someone with a strong user experience bias versus UI skills, who’s comfortable being the sole designer on a small team, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead UX design for their products end-to-end, from discovery to delivery
• Own and evolve their existing Design System in Figma; build on what exists and adapt it as needed
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
• Drive user discovery: conduct user interviews, gather feedback from internal teams, and translate insights into thoughtful design decisions
• Be the internal champion for user-centered design, guiding the team on best practices and ways of working
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low-to-high fidelity designs in Figma
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on UX design
• Comfortable working independently as the only designer on a product team
• Hands-on experience with Figma and working within or evolving Design Systems
• Strong discovery skills, able to lead user research, synthesise insights, and turn them into actionable design
• Confident communicator, able to influence, collaborate, and advocate for design best practices
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment is a big plus
• Construction or industrial tech experience is a bonus, but not required
