Must-Haves:
Squad Albatross is the platform team behind the RBB application. Albatross has a crucial role in supporting feature teams, creating and managing essential components of the RBB application, and ensuring everything runs smoothly – From the Overview page, to navigation menus and Product Hub pages. Our team is also responsible for the deployment of the RBB application to production, monitoring it, maintaining a mock production environment, and developing specialized services using microservices. The goal is to keep the RBB application efficient, user-friendly, and ahead of technological advancements.
Our tech-stack:
We are not looking for someone who only likes to build new functionality. You must be passionate to also solve problems around this: in our monorepo, pipelines, platform, services etc. Not just within your own team, but also with the 25+ teams working on Rabo Business Banking. You are outspoken, dare to take responsibility and challenge your team mates, the solution architect, UX designer etc.
Education
Rabobank has fully fledged DevOps teams. This means that we are responsible for changing and deploying our applications. But that also means that we are responsible for keeping them up and running and stable. You will be asked to have a standby shift on weekdays and over the weekend. You’ll only need to do this a couple of times a year.

- Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,712 and EUR 5,300 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
- 10% Employee Benefit Budget

- Hybrid working: balance between home and office work (possible for most roles)
- A pension, for which you can set the maximum amount of your personal contribution

Must-Haves:
- 2+ years experience building applications with common web technologies (Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot)
- Proven experience in 1 or more complex projects
