Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects valued above $40 million. The ideal candidate will have expertise in non-functional project management, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while managing risks and stakeholder relationships.

About The Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of high-impact projects. You will collaborate with specialists, business stakeholders, and the program management office to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of project plans to achieve objectives.

Oversee project implementation, ensuring smooth transitions, maximized efficiency, and quality outcomes.

Apply project governance, using management tools to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement and timely delivery of project milestones.

Lead and guide team members and specialists to resolve issues and achieve key milestones.

Manage reporting (DCS), change requests, and lead the benefits workstream; run regular program cadence and sponsor meetings.

Provide expert advice, contribute to program activities, and remain flexible to address adhoc tasks as needed.

Proficient in transitioning programs to BAU.

Experience

Extensive experience in non-functional project management across ICT, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects valued above $40 million.
