About The Role

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help scale our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll design and maintain secure, efficient, and highly available systems on AWS, with a strong focus on EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). You’ll play a key part in improving our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and overall development workflows.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automation, reliability, and performance at scale. Must be able to work US hours.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, with a primary focus on Kubernetes (EKS).
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Automate configuration and deployment processes with Ansible.
Set up and maintain observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Zabbix, and Sentry.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using FluxCD, AWS CodePipeline, and GitHub Actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability issues.
Work closely with developers to support smooth software delivery and deployment.
Enforce best practices in security, compliance, and infrastructure governance.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
Deep expertise with AWS, especially EKS.
Solid experience with Terraform, Ansible, and automation best practices.
Strong knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Zabbix, Sentry).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially FluxCD, AWS CodePipeline, and GitHub Actions.
Understanding of networking, security, and high-availability systems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Must be happy to work US hours
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps).
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices.
