Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities for our software on all commonly used platforms
• Design the architecture of new features and components 
• Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and modern software technologies 
• Work independently on solutions for specified requirements and be responsible yourself for complying with time and quality specifications 
• Ensure that our software is stable and runs efficiently on many systems 
• Monitor the latest technical developments in your field and make proposals for improvement 
• Mentor and coach junior developers in your team
  
  

Requirements

• University or college degree in the field of information technology or a related subject or relevant work experience 
• Experience with distributed and scalable systems 
• Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-orientated programming 
• Knowledge of Java is mandatory, with experience in Kotlin considered a plus
• A positive and solution-oriented mindset 
• Structured, analytical thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
