Job Description

The Full Stack Developer has a more conceptual and technical knowledge of software development methods and performs tasks at any technical of the stack of the different layers that make up a computer application (front, middle, back)

Responsibility

Participate in projects and design applications
Analyzes internal user requests
Discuss with the line manager the project to be developed
Participates in analysis, design (technical specifications, architecture, data model, etc.)
Develop the requested project in collaboration with the other members of the IT team (e.g. project for invoicing, application for human resources, etc.) and the departments concerned (e.g. human resources, accounting, etc.)
Regularly brings together the people involved in the project in the presence of the line manager to inform them of the progress of the project and to discuss any problems encountered
Writes and executes test cases

Requirements

trains users, fixes any bugs, performs upgrades
Maintains operational documentation for applications
Develop interfaces and applications
Participates in the rapid production of application prototypes
Develops interfaces and/or applications for externally developed programs and checks their compatibility with the various internal software
Develops complex internal applications covering all application layers
Performs application settings
Analyze and manage computer systems and software
Takes care of installing applications, configuring if the provider doesn’t.
Scans computer systems to detect or prevent potential problems
Seeks a solution to application issues encountered and reported by users
Takes care of software maintenance and improvement
Analyzes and resolves functional issues related to data storage and exchange. To do this, analyze logs and databases.
Develop and maintain security systems
Develops, maintains and improves IT security systems

Know-how

Solution and user oriented (knows how to put yourself in the shoes of users and imagine solutions that meet their needs).
Communicates with the various departments in the institution when receiving theirquestions and needs and when requesting additional information or problem solving.
Knows how to communicate in a group in a clear and objective way, in writing and orally and defend his or her point of view.
Translates computer language into language that is understandable to users.
Uses a broad knowledge of systems/processes to solve complex problems.
Exposed to a wide variety of situations requiring advanced analytical and interpretive skills
Contacts suppliers and requests product information.
