Overview

You’ll be part of the BE Mortgage Run squad, responsible for maintaining and supporting the LOP application. The squad ensures operational stability, supports deployments, manages risk/governance, and contributes to improving the DevOps pipeline and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Operations & Incident Management

• Handle daily operational activities and incident resolution (via Snow/Jira).
• Perform on-call support and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure Management

• Maintain private cloud environments (Linux servers, Oracle DbaaS).
• Manage middleware/integration services (e.g., APIs, JBOSS).
• Support patching, disaster recovery (DR), and deployment activities.

🔐 Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IT Security Minimum Standards.
• Participate in IT risk governance: IT audits, SOX freeze, pen tests.

🚀 CI/CD & Monitoring

• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Ansible.
• Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Manage and optimize Azure pipelines.
