Senior Information Technology Project Manager

For one of my clients in Belgium I am looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for a long term project lasting for 4 Years.

The Program Manager oversees and directs the programs assigned to them from initiation through to completion. These programs are designed to facilitate the effective management of projects that collectively contribute to delivering key capabilities and/or outcomes of strategic importance.

The Program Manager:

• Manages all activities related to the program(s) they are responsible for.
• Coordinates the project leaders assigned to the individual projects within the program.
• Provides progress reports on the program(s) to the senior management team and relevant stakeholders via dedicated program committees.

Key responsibilities of the Program Manager include:

• Collaborating with the program sponsor, relevant departments, and designated project leaders to define and plan the program’s scope, deliverables, resources, timeline, budget, and schedule for new initiatives.
• Managing the program and project teams to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinating activities related to the program and delegating specific project tasks to project leaders.
• Depending on the complexity and scope of the program(s), the Program Manager may also manage all or part of the projects involved.
• Identifying the key requirements for team members and external partners.
• Developing and overseeing the consolidated budget for the program’s projects and ensuring that strategic objectives are met.
• Collaborating with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across various projects within the organization.
• Analyzing, assessing, and managing program-related risks.
• Producing regular reports for senior leadership on program progress.

Technical Skills

2 years experience in Data Science

5 years experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect

10 years experience with Microsoft Devops

Must be Level C1 French and good knowledge of English and 10 years of conclusive experience as a program manager and Business Analyst with a focus on customer orientation.

Technical Skills:

• 2 years of experience in Data Science
• 5 years of experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
• 10 years of experience with Microsoft DevOps

Proficient in French at a C1 level, with a strong command of English. Possesses 10 years of proven experience in program management and business analysis, with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
