About The Role

The graduate program is an annual initiative designed to attract and retain top early-career talent in product roles in Estonia. The program follows an 18-month rotational structure, where participants will complete two rotations of three quarters each, gaining experience across both vertical and horizontal teams. Upon successful completion, participants will graduate into full-time Product Manager roles, equipping them with the skills and experience needed to drive impact within the organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Spending personal and team time where it makes the most difference: Prioritize tasks based on ROI.
  • Get the legwork done when doing research and analysis to ensure that no stone was left unturned, resulting in high quality of decisions: Able to do direct research on the well-defined problem. Come to the right solution with the help of the PM. Basic tooling skills.
  • Clarity of presentation in written and verbal form. Short. On point. Yet unambiguous and sufficient: Feature specific content, with feature stakeholders. Mostly technical level content.
  • Ability to build relationships and secure commitments, outside of direct reports: Limited to the engineering team and stakeholders for the feature or project.
  • Quantitative measurement of progress, key metrics for the domain and for experiments with clearly defined success/failure: Understands how to measure the impact and success of the delivered solution.
  • Does not become the bottleneck in delivery.


About you:

  • You're starting your journey in Product Design - Whether you are a fresh graduate or someone who is looking to pivot their career into Product Management
  • You have a background in computer science or related area (other sciences and human behavior grads)
  • You enjoy thinking about customer experience, building innovative products and collaborating with engineering, design and other disciplines.
  • You have a curious & problem-solving mindset – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, structured in your thinking, and thrive on solving challenges.
  • You communicate & collaborate effectively – You're fluent in English, work well with cross-functional teams, and can articulate design decisions clearly.
