Our client, an internationally expanding company with a strong presence in the Medtech sector, is seeking a Backend Developer to work on critical, high-impact projects that shape the foundation of a growing platform.

Backend Developer duties:

• Contribute to the development of key features in our B2P course platform and B2B Educator Tools
• Support projects through every phase—from initial concept to deployment and iteration
• Champion high standards in code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability
• Work alongside product managers, designers, and other teams to shape technical requirements
• Translate complex ideas into scalable, well-structured solutions
• Help guide architectural decisions and evolve our systems as the product grows
• Share your expertise with the team and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and learning
• Encourage a collaborative and innovative environment where ideas are explored and improved together

Backend Developer requirements:

• Strong experience working with PHP and frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, or Slim
• A solid grasp of the full software development lifecycle—from planning and design to testing and release
• Experience building and integrating APIs (GraphQL or REST) and designing efficient, reliable databases
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns, with hands-on experience applying them in real-world projects
• Confident working with Git—comfortable with branching, merging, and reviewing code
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down and resolve complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring, learning, and improving as a team
