Data quality associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our Data Quality team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the offers displayed on our website. We work daily to add new partners and locations, while also keeping existing information up to date—empowering our customers to make confident, well-informed bookings.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in data entry or data verification—ideally in the tourism or online services industry
• Strong English skills (spoken and written), at a B2 level or higher 
• Solid computer literacy, especially with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Maps, ChatGPT, and online research
• Good geographical knowledge and awareness
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail, accountability, and effective time management

What You'll Do:

• Enter and update data in our internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Verify and maintain up-to-date information on our website
• Analyze data from various sources and resolve inconsistencies
• Cross-check geographic data and fill in missing details
• Review supplier-submitted data, identify technical issues, and escalate bugs to Engineering when needed
• Communicate with suppliers, offering support and resolving routine issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist partners and improve data quality
• Show initiative while thriving in a collaborative team environment
