Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, project management, and support (ticketing) systems

• Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM, and project management administrations

• Configure user management and authorization models within the ERP system

• Set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes

• Ensure the ERP system operates within its existing functionality while meeting the specific requirements of the business

• Build and utilize integrations (API management)

• Develop new connectors and add-ons to extend ERP system functionality

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering, or other related field

• Proven experience in implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g. BSS IT or Rivilé)

• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman)

• Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python would be a huge plus

• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
